Treat Co. Christmas Cast Iron Skillet Baking Kit

The Treat Co Cast Iron Skillet Cookie Baking Kit is a great stocking filler. Each Baking Kit contains a mini cast iron skillet and a pre-prepared mixture of your favourite creation.

The skillet is reusable, so you can keep up your making and baking long after the festive period ends.

Preparation Instructions

You will need; 1 Tbsp (15ml) beaten egg, 2 Tbsp (28g) softened butter, 1 tsp (5ml) vegetable oil (for greasing the skillet).

1. Preheat oven to 180°C / Fan 160°C.

2. Empty cookie mix into mixing bowl and add the egg and butter.

3. Mix until completely combined.

4. Use vegetable oil to coat the bottom and sides of the skillet.

5. Scoop the dough into skillet and spread evenly.

6. Bake for 12 -14 minutes. Remove skillet from the oven using an oven mitt. Be careful because the handle will be very hot!
